Company Background

Our client is a digital behavioral change company with 15+ years in the benefits space. The company helps people improve their physical and mental health to prevent and reverse the impact of chronic disease through weight loss. The client is an expert in health who help experts in business — get what employers, brokers, and health plans need and their goal is to be the easiest benefits vendor they’ll ever work with.

Project Description

This project is to add new features to client’s platform.


The project uses agile development with 2 week sprints which are delivered to production at the end of each sprint.

What You'll Do
  • Facilitating collaboration between back-end Team, front-end Team and the Customer;
  • Advising the stakeholders on requirements analysis, scope and prioritization;
  • Communicating with stakeholders and clarifying requirements;
  • Elaborating Acceptance Criteria for user stories prioritized by the PO;
  • Preparing work for upcoming sprints: organizing backlog and refining User Stories;
  • Providing requirements and solution support for the Team, helping the Team to reproduce bugs and to understand the business need;
  • Validating the changes the Team makes (if possible);
  • Documenting current state of the system and organizing inconsistent requirements into clear documentation;
