Project Manager (Medical Quality Management)

Project Description

The team is involved in product development of QMS software with primary focus on pharmaceutical companies. It is an industry-leading quality management system with integrated modules that work together to support quality, compliance and more efficient decision-making. Built on over two decades of experience, our cloud-based QMS combines best practice processes with the flexibility and scalability of the Salesforce platform. With reporting and analytics across all quality processes, users can leverage quality data to strengthen their culture of quality and impact company-wide performance.

  • Allocate DEV & QE team resources for the Sustaining Engineering rotation;
  • Work closely with the BA’s & PO’s to ensure that functional stories and defects are ready for refinement;
  • Work closely with the BA’s & PO’s to ensure that each team’s backlog is properly groomed and prioritized;
  • Host Scrum ceremonies such as daily Stand-up’s, Commitments, Retrospectives, ADL lead reviews (every 2 weeks), Start/stop sprints in accordance with PMO release schedule, Anchors and Engines team review;
  • Create and monitor reporting metrics;
  • Create and update sprint reports;
  • Plan releases such as, Pre-Sprint Zero activities, Sprint Zero activities (1-2 sprints before the release start date);
  • Manage sprint work and resources;
  • Assist with regression, validation, and revalidation finishing on time;
Job Requirements
  • Knowledge of verbal and written English (Upper-Intermediate level at least);
  • Knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methods and frameworks (such as Extreme Programming and Kanban);
  • Ability to collaborate with architecture, developers, performance, QE, BA’s, and PO’s and clients;
  • Technical knowledge (experience in software developing);
