Our client is a publicly traded franchisor and operator of over 2000 fitness centers, primarily located in North America and serving over 14 million members. Around 3 million of those members also use the mobile application.
The company started the initiative to implement web-based member portal for users. This web application allows managing account, see billing history, activities and is used as advertisement tool. The application currently on MVP stage and has skeleton and minimal list of features. The team we are putting together will be responsible for full cycle development of new features and minimal effort for supporting existing functionality.
