Our client is a publicly traded franchisor and operator of over 2000 fitness centers, primarily located in North America and serving over 14 million members. Around 3 million of those members also use the mobile application.
In 2019 our client released the first version of its new mobile application. The first release included features supporting a digital keytag, guided workout sessions, workout tracking and class scheduling. Our client plans to release the second major version of its mobile application by Q3 of 2020 while also maintaining the current release and providing break/fix support. The second release will include enhanced workout features, wearable integrations, progress tracking, community/sharing and other new functionality. New features will also be developed and rolled out as interim releases throughout the year.
